We will discuss barriers experienced towards implementation and training initiatives to support multi-disciplinary providers in a large community health center over a wide geographic area. The goals of the training include:

1.    Attendee will see how the Six Building Blocks imitative has been an effective vehicle for implementing best practices to manage pain as well as patients on chronic opioid therapy.
2.    Attendee will have a basic understanding of 3 practice models to treat opioid use disorder using evidence-based medication assisted treatment. Attendee will be provided with specific examples of how this is being implemented in a community health center setting.
